The Rubenfeld Synergy Method® (RSM) is an elegant, integrative somatic-emotional release method.
This 3 year certification program is comprehensive, transformational, and experiential. It is designed to teach individuals this powerful and dynamic healing modality within the support and heart of community. Rubenfeld Synergy with its unique listening touch, and deeply compassionate presence continues to be taught as our late Founder Ilana Rubenfeld intended, as an organic whole – as an ‘in the now’ learning and growth process.
As new research into the bodymind connection continues to unfold, it strongly supports how touch, talk and compassion intertwined are exceptionally powerful healing tools, and as such, this professional training program are for those individuals that not only want to deepen their client’s experience but are also ready to deepen their own.

BodyMind Therapy Mentorships: During this mentorship designed for touch and/or talk practitioners, mentees will learn ways to deepen their work by awakening and integrating BodyMind awareness in their clients as well as in themselves. Rubenfeld Synergy® methods and biodynamic cranial therapy are at the core of this mentorship. Few professional training programs provide the time for you to slow down and develop your own self-awareness and attunement. Your very Presence impacts the therapeutic relationship.
